DURHAM, N.C. – President Richard H. Brodhead toured the Nicholas School and met with and three faculty members today.
“With plans for Nicholas Hall moving forward, external research funding on the rise, and faculty and student quality at an all-time high, it’s an exciting time at the Nicholas School. We appreciate that President Brodhead made time in his busy schedule to visit the school and sit down with us to learn more about what we’re accomplishing,” Chameides said. “Having university leaders who are involved and interested in the school’s progress is a true asset.”
Following a lunchtime meeting with Chameides, Brodhead toured the school’s Levine Science Research Center facilities and met with , assistant professor of environmental sciences and policy, , assistant professor of environmental economics, and , associate professor of environmental policy, to learn about their research, outreach and teaching.
